Have both postcodes, a room-by-room list of your furniture and an approximate number of boxes and bags ready. Include items in the loft, garage, shed and garden, and tell us about stairs, lifts, parking restrictions or a long walk from the vehicle to either property. Mention any packing or storage you need.
Can I request an estimate before my moving date is confirmed?
Yes. Leave the moving date blank and select “Date not confirmed” on the estimate form. Tell us your likely timescale in the notes if you know it. Submitting an estimate request does not reserve a moving date or confirm a booking.
Do I have to upload videos for an estimate?
No. Videos are optional and help our team understand your contents and access. Please still complete the written inventory, including items you want moved that are not shown in a video. We review the information before contacting you with an estimate; the form does not generate an automatic price.
